When I got Edgar he was terrified of having his paws touched so I was not able to cut his nails at home like I had done with my previous dog. I took him to one place but I didn't like her manner with him. Ashley was so kind yet firm with him. She was willing to try different ways to calm Edgar and now he doesn't freak out to get his nails cut. I highly recommend Punky Pets and love the new location.
